Explicação
Correct German alone does not pass the writing paper. Kommunikative Gestaltung marks structure — and a text with no counterargument loses points even with flawless grammar.
Three blocks: Einleitung (topic and position) → Hauptteil (arguments + counterargument) → Schluss (summary and close).

On one hand working from home offers more flexibility, on the other personal contact with colleagues is missing.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass beide Modelle Vor- und Nachteile haben.
